Refund Policy

Last updated 27 Sep 2026

This is the refund policy for NotchMate, a macOS app sold at https://notchmate.site by Bora Can Baltaci (sole proprietor), trading as NotchMate. Last updated 27 September 2026. Questions: boracan449@gmail.com.

Who takes the payment

Checkout is processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), who is the merchant of record. Paddle collects payment, invoices you, and handles applicable taxes. Refunds for NotchMate purchases are issued through Paddle.

What you bought

A personal license for the NotchMate Mac app: either a one-time lifetime license or a monthly subscription. There is no custom, enterprise, or quote pricing — only the prices on the pricing section, shown by Paddle for your country.

14-day refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge if:

  • the app will not run on a supported Mac (macOS 14 Sonoma or later),
  • a license does not arrive after a successful payment, or
  • you are not satisfied with the product.

Use the cancel / refund form from the address you used at checkout, or email boracan449@gmail.com. Include your license key. I review each request; if I approve it the key is revoked and I ask Paddle to refund you. Where consumer law in your country gives you a longer or stronger right (for example in the EEA or UK), that right still applies.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time in Paddle’s checkout receipt / customer portal. Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Unused time after a valid 14-day refund request is included in that refund.

How long it takes

I aim to reply within a couple of days. Once Paddle processes the refund, it appears on your statement according to your bank or card issuer (often a few business days).
